Scott will conduct a state-of-the-art marketing campaign designed to get your home sold quickly and for the most money. At closing, Scott will rebate his commission back to you. Rather than paying 6%, you pay only 4%!

To give you an idea of what this can save you, if your home sells for $200,000, rather than a $12,000 commission at 6%, you will pay only $8,000 at 4%.  You pocket an additional $4,000 on the sale or your home.  OR….

Guaranteed Sale Program
List your existing home with our president, Scott W. Swick, who will conduct a state-of-the-art marketing campaign designed to get your home sold quickly and for the most money. BUT, If your home has not sold by the date you move into your new Winfield Home, we will buy your home at an agreed price.  While Scott will be doing everything in his power to sell your home, this guaranteed sale is your safety net in case it does not.
