Commission Rebate Program
List your existing home with one of the many First Weber realtors who are participating with Winfield Homes. First Weber sells more homes in Wisconsin than any single firm. We will conduct a state-of-the-art marketing campaign designed to get your home sold quickly and for the most money. At closing, your First Weber agent will rebate most of his/her commission back to you. Rather than paying 6%, you pay only 4.9%!

To give you an idea of what this can save you, if your home sells for $200,000, rather than a $12,000 commission at 6%, you will pay only $9,800 at 4.9%. You pocket an additional $2,200 on the sale or your home.

OR…

Free Rent Program
By building with Winfield Homes, we will pay up to five (5) months at a maximum of $500 per month of your rent. This saves you up to $2,500 by choosing Winfield Homes as your builder. The typical construction time to build a new home is five months.
