Many of our clients come to us with their own ideas and ask us to create a new plan for them. We specialize in putting these ideas together to create a new plan that fits just what you and your family want and need. And this new plan will also fit your budget.

Bring your ideas and sit down with our president, Scott Winfield Swick and discuss what you want your dream home to be like.
In two weeks, at no cost to you, and with no obligation to us, we will come back and present a conceptual drawing of what the front of the home would look like, a floor plan for each floor, and an estimate of the construction costs and what is included.
You will be able to make as many changes you need to ensure the home reflects your requirements. After incorporating these changes, we will create the construction documents and a final price for your new home.
When you approve the construction agreement, this is a guaranteed price. Your price will not change if costs go up.
Because there is no charge, we retain the rights to the plans.
